Design is all pervasive: everyone from toddlers to teenagers through to centenarians cannot fail to encounter it on a daily basis; and every home, office, shop, school and street bears the work of the designer’s hand whether through print, web, interactive media or animation. Each graphic creation is the work of an inspired individual, however its omnipresence means graphic design often goes unnoticed and unappreciated, making it the most unacknowledged art form of our time.
